- Flour
- Water
- Salt
- Ground pork
- Cabbage
- Soy sauce
Instructions:
1. Prepare the dough: Slowly pour water into the flour while mixing with chopsticks, then start kneading into a dough. Continue kneading until smooth, then cover with a towel to rest for 2 hours.
2. Make the filling: Combine the ground pork and chopped cabbage (or any other ingredients) in a bowl. Add oil, soy sauce and salt, then mix until well combined.
3. Roll out the wrappers: Roll out the dough into a long cylinder, then cut into small pieces. Press each piece into a circle, then use a rolling pin to roll them out into thin wrappers.
4. Fold the dumplings: Spoon a small amount of filling into the middle of the wrapper, fold the wrapper in half, then pinch the edges of the wrapper tightly together.
5. Cook: Bring a pot of water to a boil, and carefully drop in all the dumplings. Boil for a few minutes until the dumplings float and the wrapper starts becoming transparent. Remove from water with a colinder and serve with black vinegar and chili oil.
